Hi! My name is Tori Morrison and I live in west Tennessee. I used to teach quilt classes at a couple of local quilt shops and one year I came up with this jewelry pouch as a last-minute Christmas gift. It’s also great for military personnel to store and carry pins and medals. It can be made using school colors for band uniform pieces, parts and pin-type awards. The uses are what the recipient chooses; make this out of sturdier fabric for woodworking screws, drill heads, or other small pieces; mechanic’s bits and bobs.
I made my own pattern after seeing a small pouch at a craft show. For my class sample, I used fabric from a Moda line called: “Zen Chic”. It’s quite easy and fun to put together and it’s a quick gift for last-minute celebrations!
Thanks!
Tori
