Hi, I’m Ellen. I have been a quilter for over 50 years. I have made about 100 quilts in my lifetime and have given most of them as gifts to family and friends. I recently finished a very large quilt that contained over 30 different fabrics. I thought a jacket would be the perfect use for my leftover fabric. I purchased the French Barn Jacket pattern from Amazon and enjoyed making it so much that I made a second jacket from my stash to give to my sister. The buttons on the jackets came from my grandmother’s vintage button collection. They are about 150 years old. I live in Houston, Texas with my husband and Scottie dog.
