Hi – I’m Jeannie Schultz currently from Olathe, KS, but a true Wisconsinite at heart. I moved here three years ago to be near my only (so far) granddaughter, who is 7 years old.
I’ve attached a picture of my quilt wall-hanging that I call “My China Cabinet”. I used Accu-Quilt dies Tea Party and Coffee & Tea Medley, along with Purely Gates Mylar Teacups in my original design. I used fabrics from stash for the applique teacups, teapots and plates and an old pillowcase for the cabinet back. I free-motion quilted it in an echo design on my domestic machine.
I always wanted a china cabinet, but never had one and I don’t really have room for one now, so I made one to hang on the front of my pantry door.

Jeannie- I love it. I like the hanging tea cups, and your color choices too. I have the Accuquilt dies and maybe even the Purely Gates designs ( i know I have others). Thanks for the inspiration.
Thank you Valerie! I’m glad I inspired you and hope to see yours soon.
