Today I’m going to talk about one of my favorite things in the whole world – a great sale! Oh man, do I love a good sale. I’m the type of gal that checks out the clearance racks and is always hunting for a bargain. There is a specific dress store that I enjoy shopping at, but I just breeze through all of the racks at the front of the store and make a beeline for the back of the store. That’s where the clearance racks are and the markdowns are huge in that store. I honestly don’t know why anyone would shop at the front of that store.
What a lot of people don’t realize is that online stores also have sale “aisles” or categories on their websites. Usually, if you search through their categories, you can find one that is called either “sale items,” “clearance,” or something similar. Our sister-site, Missouri Star Quilt Co., has a wonderful sale category and it is updated on a regular basis. I was browsing through it earlier and there were even BERNINA SEWING MACHINES ON SALE!! I was like, whatttt??? I don’t even need a sewing machine right now, but let me tell ya, I was considering it!

Their sale section is not to be confused with the Daily Deal (although that’s totally awesome too!) The Daily Deal is one item that is discounted and the item changes each day. I am addicted to checking the Daily Deal on daily basis. Some of my best sewing notions and fabric purchases have been daily deals.
But anyway, to find the sales on Missouri Star Quilt Co., just click on “Shop” at the top of the homepage and a dropdown menu will appear. From there click on “Sale/Trending.” Pages and pages of sale items will appear and you will be mesmerized.
