Hi, I’m Paula. Below is a photo of a quilt I made from fabric I cut from dresses my mother made me while growing up. Each dress fabric has a story and are dresses I have kept for all of my life.
My late mother, Joyce Goetz, of Riga Michigan was a seamstress and specialized in wedding attire for women. Quilting is my favorite crafting outlet. I piece them and have them actually quilted by some awesomely talented women. I reside in Adrian Michigan and create with my Bernina 880. I have an 8’x8’ quilt wall built in my sewing room. Jenny from Missouri Star had a tutorial and my contractor put it all together in my new sewing room.
Thanks!
Paula Aspacher
