Nancy’s Notions is pleased to offer you free patterns.  We have a library full of past projects featured by Nancy Zieman.  Over the next several months, we will be writing about many of them and featuring them on Nancysnotions.com.  Several of them are accessible to you on the Nancy’s Notions Youtube channel.

Be sure to check out the Best Nest Organizer Basket Best Nest Organizer Basket.  It is a wonderful little organizer and so handy to keep a project in or to hold any other item in your home.  It is functional and goes great in any décor. And you can find tons of fabric option for it on Missouri Star.

Have you ever wanted to make a rug?  Or even a small mug rug?  This free pattern for rag rugs is so easy and fun to make.  Check it out the free pattern.

If you’re looking for a great apron to make for yourself or for a friend, check out this Crisscross Apron pattern.  It always turns out so cute and is super easy to make.  There are no ties or strings and is the most comfortable apron ever.  We have a tutorial on Youtube and the pattern is available to purchase on Mary Mulari’s website. Check out the floral fabric on Missouri Star and be on your way to recreating this apron in no time!

What happened to the library of free sewing patterns from the old Sewing with Nancy site? These could be used for community service projects.

Hi, I am looking for the pattern for the “Ear Cozy” – a head warmer that will go over a ball cap. The video is still in YouTube, but I can’t find a link that works! I had it at one time, but it mistakenly got put into recycling 🙁 Thanks!

Looking for the pattern for the 30 minute doll clothes. I would be so thankful if someone could make me the pattern pieces and send it to me. Having trouble locating this joint pattern with Joan Hinds.

I made several of the door knob bags. Turned out well! Instructions are a little lacking but I managed to work it out. Very cute bags!
