Hi! Here are some nifty purses I made just for fun using Simplicity pattern 5320/Accessories.
I used a variety of fabrics/embellishments: some on hand, some purchased. The pattern is fairly easy, but needs some careful thought in construction. If you can think in 3 dimensions, that helps.
The larger ones are a nice size to use on the fly – leave your big bag of junk at home. The small ones will hold objects such as cosmetics, hankies, paperclips, etc. that need to be contained in a larger purse. And they’re small enough to tuck in a coat pocket.
Because I become quite fond of my creations. It’s hard to part with them unless it’s to give to a family member or friend. For fun, I’ve named them “Pouches.”
Thanks!
JLH
