Hello, I am Kate from North Dakota. I made this quilt called Postcards From Sweden over the long cold winter because I wanted something colorful and fun to work on. I used Moda fabrics. I machine quilted it on my home sewing machine.
I have been sewing and quilting since I was a young girl when I learned from my mother and grandmother.
I recently received my Great-Grandmother’s sewing machine from my Great-Aunt and it still works! I am excited to use it on my next project.
