Hi friends! It feels like it has been a minute since I updated you all, and I wanted to start by saying I’m sorry these posts have been a little fewer and farther between lately. Things have been busy behind the scenes, but in good ways. I am hopeful that our newsletter will be back in full swing soon, and when it is, we will get back to sharing fresh content with you every single week. I have missed this little corner of connection more than you know.
Now that summer is in full swing, I have been soaking up every extra minute I can find in my sewing space. There is just something about longer days and a little sunshine that makes me want to start all the projects. I would love to know what you are working on right now. Are you finishing up something that has been waiting patiently, or diving headfirst into something brand new?

Fabric Market by Robert Kaufman – So darn cute! I love them all! Find them on Missouri Star Quilt Co. or click here!
On my end, I have a few fun things in progress. I am currently working on a sweet baby quilt that is full of soft colors and cozy textures. I also have a dinosaur throw in the works for a little boy, which has been such a fun change of pace. There is something about sewing for kids that brings out a playful side in all of us. And sitting in my sewing room right now is my Tilda Merry Christmas quilt, just waiting its turn to head to the longarm. I am so excited to see that one come to life.
But here is my current dilemma. I am absolutely itching to get my hands on some of the new Fabric Market fabric from Robert Kaufman. I am completely in love with it. The colors, the prints, all of it. It is taking a lot of self control not to drop everything and start something brand new. You know that feeling, right?

How cute are these charm packs of Fabric Market??! I’m in love! What would you make with this collection? Would you go for a bold statement quilt, something scrappy and fun, or maybe a mix of projects? You can find them all on Missouri Star Quilt Co. or just click here!
I hope you are all having the very best summer, filled with creativity, a little bit of relaxation, and plenty of time to do what you love. Thank you for being here with me. I will be back again very soon.
Happy stitching,
Beth
